    1. PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This policy governs the conditions for returns, withdrawal, and refunds applicable to purchases made through the website https:\/\/aquariblanes.es\/.<\/p>\n\n

    2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the user has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.<\/p>\n\n

    To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision by email to info@aquariblanes.es indicating your details, order number, and product to be returned.<\/p>\n\n

    The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n

    3. RETURN CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Returns will not be accepted in the following cases, in accordance with the exceptions provided in current regulations:<\/p>\n\n

    – Personalized or custom-made products<\/p>\n

    – Products that, for hygiene or nature reasons, cannot be returned once opened<\/p>\n

    – Products that have been used or handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature<\/p>\n\n

    The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the product in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, unless the reason for the return is an error in shipment or a defective product.<\/p>\n\n

    4. REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In accordance with current regulations, once the product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.<\/p>\n\n

    The refund will include the product amount and, where applicable, the standard shipping costs paid in the initial purchase, with additional costs derived from more expensive shipping methods chosen by the customer not being refundable.<\/p>\n\n

    The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n

    5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In case of receiving a defective or incorrect product, the user must report it within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt.<\/p>\n\n
